No. Peer support is not clinical therapy or counseling. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, sessions focus on support, perspective, and practical strategies to manage stress and move forward.

I specialize in working with people who carry high emotional loads—first responders, medical professionals, dispatchers, veterans, and helpers of all kinds. I also work with anyone facing trauma, burnout, life transitions, or emotional overload.

Yes. Sessions are private and confidential, with the exception of safety-related situations involving self-harm, threats, or abuse that legally require action.

No, I do not bill insurance. Services are private pay only. However, I can provide payment receipts upon request for HSA/FSA reimbursement if your provider allows it.
